Monument Re has an established track-record of acquiring life insurance portfolios across Europe. Since incorporation, twelve transactions have been signed which deliver the Company’s strategy to build and grow the Ireland, Benelux and the Channel Island platforms (phase 1 targets of the roll-out), while continuing to develop further opportunities in the EU. The financial results for the period ending 31st December 2018 do not include transactions subject to regulatory approval or that signed after the reporting date, as noted in the Group Financial Condition Report and these transactions will have a material impact on the Group financial position
